Waxing was a terrible job. Painful, slow, the woman was not chatty so made the session even more painful to endure. Worst waxing experience ever. A few hours after the appointment I got rashes and was so itchy. I got spots after this and now my whole back and shoulders are scarred from this. Absolutely terrible. Don’t go here

Terrible service, I went for a Hollywood wax and the place was very dirty and unhygienic. Maria did not take her time and rushed my treatment, she used two different waxes without telling me. She did not apply pressure on my skin or stretch it out so when pulling on the wax she was ripping my skin. The wax was too hot and I was left with skin burns, irritation, bleeding, swelling and was in pain for days. When I asked for help and said I was not happy with the service and wanted a refund Maria refused to help me or give me a refund. She told me that it was not her fault for any of my injuries. I told her for others safety I was gonna report her salon, she then tried to offer me a different treatment in compensation and for me to not report the salon. Very unprofessional, will not be coming back again and I do not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. She did a great job on microblading eyebrows, really happy from it. They offered a cap of tea. Plus, as soon as I lay down, she covered me with a blanket to keep me warm.. I'm not saying it's cold there, it is very warm, but that was very cute of her. Really cares for her customers. Definitely recommend it.

I managed to book in with Maria last minute after being let down for a lash removal. Maria is lovely, very welcoming. The shop has a really cosy, calm feeling to it. Will definitely be back 🙂

If I can, I would have given this saloon zero star. Absolutely useless and incompetent service I had from Maria, it took her 45mins to complete the whole body session (this is including me doing all the paperwork), means she did not cover some areas. Initially, she wanted me to buy all 6 sessions as I would save money, glad I did not do that. Please try to avoid this saloon as you will not get any results and will end up wasting your money.
